History
Colvin
Resources Group was established in 1990 to provide
the highest level of service to Dallas area companies
with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire
personnel needs primarily in the areas of accounting,
finance and office administration. The company
has continued with this same mission since its
inception.
Over
the years, CRG has experienced steady growth and
currently services over 100 of the Metroplex's
top companies. CRG provides personnel for companies
operating in the real estate, manufacturing, healthcare,
telecommunications and service industries.

Eddie
Colvin, CPA, is President of Colvin Resources
Group and has served in that capacity since
founding the company in 1990. Prior to
establishing CRG, Eddie was employed with
Crow Family Holdings as the Special Projects
Manager. His initial experience was gained
at the Big Four accounting firm of Ernst & Young
where he was a Senior Auditor, primarily
assisting small business clients.
Serving as President of Colvin Resources
Group has been Eddie's most challenging
and rewarding work to date. From making
successful placements of Chief Financial
Officers to managing his clients' remote
subsidiary personnel placements, Eddie
has experience in all aspects of the personnel
industry.
Eddie holds a BBA in Accounting from the
University of Arkansas and is a member
of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPA's. |

Josh Rotko is Vice President of Business Development & Recruiting for Colvin Resources Group and has served in that capacity since October 2009. Prior to joining CRG, Josh was employed with Ernst & Young & Grant Thornton, two of the largest global professional services firms, as an Assistant Director/Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. He served in several roles that included National & Regional roles focusing on all levels and practices (Staff – Partner). Josh’s initial experience was gained at a Global Executive Search Firm, Ray & Berndtson, as an Executive Search Consultant. Industries focused on included professional services, consumer products, healthcare and financial services. Josh has extensive management experience during his career. A progressive recruiting leader that implements a variety of strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees. He is a broad-based accomplished relationship management, talent acquisition leader and business partner. Has developed a robust network of strong relationships resulting in sourcing and recruiting high level executives for companies ranging from $100M to $15B in revenues. Josh exudes a strong client service mentality, detail orientation, a positive team-oriented attitude balanced with the ability to work independently, a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm, dedication, high standards for personal performance, stamina, and perseverance.
Josh holds a BBA in Marketing Management from the University of North Texas and is a member of the DFW Recruiting Network (DFWTRN) & The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Sheila
Kyser is a Staffing Manager with Colvin
Resources Group. Sheila started with
the company in June 1996 after graduating
from Baylor University and completing
an internship at Express Personnel Services
in Waco.
Sheila has a BBA in Entrepreneurship/Management.

Kristi Gregory joined
Colvin Resources Group as a Staffing Consultant
in June 2004.
Kristi has experience in the medical industry,
commercial property management, and as
a facilities coordinator.

Kim Roach is a Staffing Consultant with Colvin Resources Group. Kim originally started with the company in 1993. She was previously employed with Resource Staffing and was responsible for the start up of their accounting and financial division. After staying home to start a family, Kim rejoined Colvin Resources Group in a part-time capacity.
Kim graduated from Baylor University with a BA in Communications.

Kristen Polhamus joined Colvin Resources Group in December of 2008 as a Staffing Consultant. Prior to CRG Kristen was a Recruiting Coordinator at Ernst & Young LLP and a Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services.
Kristen is an '05 graduate from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Biomedical Science.

Ann Resler, CPA, joined Colvin Resources Group as a Director in October 2008. Prior to CRG, Ann was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche, a Big Four accounting firm, where she specialized in the audits of employee benefit plans. She was a Controller at Trammell Crow Company prior to Deloitte & Touche. Ann began her career at Ernst & Young, a Big Four accounting firm, after graduating from Oklahoma State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is a member of the AICPA.
Ann enjoys working with people and finds satisfaction assisting clients meet their accounting needs.

Brad
Stevens is a Sales Consultant with
Colvin Resources Group. Prior to joining
CRG in December 2001, Brad served as
the Founding President of Staffing
Services, which he started in 1991.
Prior to starting his own staffing
firm, Brad held regional management
positions with a multi-national staffing
company. He is a frequent speaker and
author on recruiting, staffing and
human resource issues.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in business
from Texas Tech University and a master's
of business administration from the University
of Dallas.
